Ryan Arief Misnadin

Experienced Backend Developer with over 5 years of full-time experience in building and
maintaining backend systems, combined with continued project involvement during a 5-year detour
into civil service. Adept at designing RESTful APIs, implementing secure authentication with
JWT, and managing relational databases with MySQL.
Technically versatile, with additional hands-on exposure to React Native (TypeScript), Python,
Golang, and prior development in C# and Delphi. Maintains a GitHub portfolio of small showcase
projects and continues to expand skills across both backend and mobile development.

2014 – 2019 – Long-term freelance programmer with Bakoel Corp Yogyakarta (Hybrid), developing
and maintaining various internal systems.

2019–2025 – Public Sector IT Staff at Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources Republic Of
Indonesia (on site) , Collaborated in cross-functional IT initiatives across government departments. Played
a critical liaison role between non-technical users and technical teams by translating
institutional needs into system requirements. Assisted system analysts and developers in project
scoping, documentation, and validation. Supported IT audit preparation and compliance reporting,

coordination.
